Yes! At the Crystalline venue we have a paved parking lot with drop off spots close to the building. We have handicap friendly restrooms. Although the lower end of the parking site is not far from the parking lot, we have a golf cart available to ride anyone needing extra assistance from their parking space to the building making it easily accessible for everyone.

Yes. If the whole venue is booked for the event.

A full day package includes a 10-hour rental period. Amplified music that can be heard from the outside of the venue must conclude by __ p.m. All guests, bridal party, family, and vendors must depart from the Crystalline property by ____p.m.

Yes! Lithia Springs has a variety of hotel options, including Tru by Hilton, Hilton Garden, Courtyard by Marriot, Holiday Inn, and many others less than 2 miles from The Crystalline. Downtown Atlanta, which is about 14 miles away, has many hotel and dining options as well. Click here to see a list of nearby accommodations!

We are approximately 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and approximately 19 miles to the Hartfield-Jackson International Airport. Interstate-20 is just a stone throw away from us.

If your event is less than 6 months away: we require 50% of the rental fee as a down payment along with a signed rental agreement to book an event. The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 120 days prior to the event.

If your event is more than 12 months away: we require 25% of the rental fee total as a down-payment; 25% is due 12 months prior to your event; and the remaining 50% is due 120 days prior to your event.

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold or reserve dates without a signed rental agreement and down payment.

Our payment options include cash, check or ACH e-check/bank transfer. Please note in/on your form of payment what it is for. E.g.: 25% deposit for Wedding on May 1, 2024

Yes, we welcome events of all kinds! While our primary rentals are for weddings, we also rent for other purposes. We give priority to events that book the full space, for the full day rental period. However, we can provide special hourly rates on weekdays. Additionally, for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals, if the venue space is not booked within 90 days of your event date, we are happy to provide hourly rates for other types of function.

Yes! We have a growing decor inventory for you to rent at an additional charge. You can also inquire about our décor packages.

Catering, Alcohol & Vendor INFO !

While we do not have preferred or recommended vendors, all food items must be prepared and served by an approved, commercially licensed, and insured caterer. All businesses/vendors that work on The Crystalline property are required to be licensed and insured.

We allow alcohol to be served as a refreshment for you and your guests. We want everyone here, at The Crystalline, to enjoy themselves and have a great time, so we ask that all guests drink responsibly. Excessive alcohol service and alcohol sales during events are not permitted.

Alcohol must be served by an approved, licensed, and insured bartending company. We also require that you obtain an event policy that includes Host Liquor Liability Insurance protection that meets our requirements. If you would like a full list of alcohol service guidelines, please let us know and we can provide those to you.
